Building Moona Media & Management
In 2008, McQueen founded Moona Media & Management, a boutique strategic communications and talent management firm focused on brand development, media relations, and partnership opportunities.
Through her firm, she has helped guide campaigns, media placements, and brand strategies for a wide range of clients across industries.
Her work has contributed to projects such as:

The launch of BET’s Black Girls Rock! Awards
-
Universal Pictures’ Larry Crowne
-
Kevin Hart’s Laugh at My Pain film campaign
In addition, McQueen has secured placements in major outlets including The New York Times, Black Enterprise, Essence, CBS, and ABC.
Strategic Visibility That Matters
Throughout her career, McQueen has emphasized that successful communications isn’t about chasing attention — it’s about positioning.
